      ICT Sales Manager

      ICT Sales Manager Vacancies

      Sales Manager required for a leading IT distribution company to join verticals that focuses primarily on SMB vertical. Playing a key client engagement and solution sales role, you will be tasked with driving sector focused business development, strategy and integrating processes that meet the business needs and company objectives. You will have an excellent technical understanding and strong relationships with senior IT players within this sector. You will successfully account manage, up sell, create, and develop key account business plans as well as devise technical solutions that can be sold to relevant sectors.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Responsible for ICT PNL for the GCC region
      • Capable of opening new business opportunities in GCC countries.
      • Account manages key customer accounts within the Enterprise verticals.
      • Work closely with the technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirement.
      • In charge of account management as a core customer – sales & marketing of new business – interface with key stakeholders within the sector.
      • Build customer relationships for the purpose of business development and sales
      • Responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and follow through
      • Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in specific market
      • Drive strategy and growth initiatives
      • Work with other sales leaders to identify and develop opportunities and drive growth
      • Flexible to manage accounts and clients across all Emirates.

      Requirements:

      • 10+ years of sales experience
      • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering (master’s preferred)
      • Sales hunter – ability to build new accounts from scratch.
      • Strong IT background from ideally a distribution background with focus on IT
      • Applications, Networking, Infrastructure, Data Center, & Cloud/Smart solutions.
      • Able to demonstrate a successful track record, gained in a sales/account manager
      • within the GCC region, negotiating and closing high value deal
      • Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contractual agreements is preferred
      • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
      • Strong coordination and influencing skills
      • Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
      • Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools (CMS, Excel, etc.)
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
