Malco Technologies is now seeking to hire a key position of Sales Executive – AV/LED Solutions for Dubai & Abu Dhabi region.
In this role, you will be focusing on supporting our efforts to deliver the best possible overall customer experience and you will have an immediate and direct impact on the success of Malco Technologies LLC. This role will include a wide range of hands-on and management roles in relation to the completion of integrated Displays, Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing, Meeting Rooms and Home Automation systems. Your utmost responsibility will be to generate opportunities and support Integrators/Contractors in winning the deals while maintaining a level of interaction with the client.
Provide exceptional customer service
Give expert advice on Audio & Visual Solutions while leaving customers with a memorable brand experience
Know and represent Malco Technologies as a skilled brand ambassador
Support daily merchandising and maintenance
5+ years of progressive experience in audio and video solutions with the following:
Excessive Sales knowledge and experience in dealing with Video Wall, Digital Signage, Outdoor LED, Indoor LED, Interactive display
Proficient in Matrix Switch, lighting control, conference room automation solutions
Technical and functional understanding of complete audio & video systems
Good network with retail and education sector
Systems integration with other scheduling applications i.e. Microsoft Outlook
Valid UAE driving license
Strong aptitude for learning and understanding new technology
Goal-oriented and driven
Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions
Enthusiastic and inviting, a friend to every customer
Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, evenings and weekend included.
Excellent communication skills in English, both fluent and written
